Charlotte Thompson stressed the importance of keeping business in the family; Charlotte and her father will manage the restaurant together. “The menu was created by myself and my father,” she said. “My father has brought us up on traditional Caribbean food. I’ve learnt everything from him which makes the food taste delicious; he uses home spices he created himself, making the food that little bit special and different.”
