CURRY FAVOUR
No one understands the quest for culinary contentment more than a chef. That’s why Chef George was generous enough to recommend one of his favourite restaurants in Cardiff, for those whose tastes might veer towards the Orient:

“One of my favourite places to eat at the moment is Yakitori #1.They have a great selection and variety of dishes to choose from and I love the fresh ingredients. I have a passion for seafood, and love their salmon teriyaki starter. For the main course, I go for the beef fillet with wok-friend flat rice noodles, served with beansprouts, red onions and spring onions.”
