Environmental campaigners need local people for a Cardiff flash mob film
This Halloween weekend will see a flash mob flood in to Cardiff Bay in order to promote Size of Wales, a campaign to protect tropical rainforest.
Organisers are inviting people to assemble at Roald Dahl Plass on 30 October, dressed in green and brown, to be part of a film that hopes to raise the profile of the cause.
Size of Wales is a scheme that aims to save an area of rainforest the size of the country from deforestation by supporting projects local to that area.
Rob Hancock, producer of the film, said, “Hopefully we will raise as much awareness as possible for a cause that maybe people don’t know too much about.”
He added that plans for the event are going well but it needs more support.
