The survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest increases from 3% to 50% when a defibrillator is used and the charity has so far provide 83 devices around Wales so far.
These include rugby, football and cricket clubs, gyms, tennis centres, schools, theatres and hotels.
Their work also involves teaching key lifesaving skills to schoolchildren. Hour long sessions will provide a thorough understanding of basic life support and may even stimulate an interest in a career in medicine.

Whether you want to walk, run or dash around the 5k route, The Great Cardiff Bay Santa and Elf Dash is taking place at the Mermaid Quay on 7 December.
The event has been organised by the charity Welsh Hearts, who aim to provide defibrillators to institutions around Wales.
Its supporters include the Welsh Ambulance Service and Welsh Rugby Union with many rugby clubs having been fitted with defibrillators and lives saved thanks to the charity’s work.
Huw Phillips, an officer for the Welsh Ambulance Service says, “We encourage any support in the community and help like this is always appreciated.”
The entry fee is £5 and the sponsorship forms can be downloaded from the Welsh Hearts website. Make sure you bring your costume!
