Tis’ the season for carolling with friends
The festive season is almost upon us which means carol concerts aplenty in Cardiff.
One place which is no stranger to festive a sing-song is Wales Millennium Centre, home to theatre and musicals in Cardiff. This year, on Sunday 4 December, the Glanfa stage will be brought to life with festive cheer as a number of music groups perform on stage.
City Voices, a Cardiff-based voluntary singing group, open the show at 1pm. Those in attendance will be treated to an afternoon featuring Swansea Male Voice Choir, Barry Ladies Choir and Cor Merched Tybie, to name just a few.
City Voices music director, Simon Curtis, says, “I think events like this are vitally important as they allow the general public to access the group’s performance in a large venue.”
