Later, they signed a violinist and a saxophonist bringing the total members to nine.
Elaine Morgan, vocals and percussion, represented France in the Eurovision song contest in the 1990s.
Nosda – 24 October
This event is to celebrate James’s 30th birthday and is free entry.
The event runs from 7pm to 11.30pm, with support from Natty and Cheryl, Stewart Alexander, Jim Swidenbank, Joe Kelly and Chris Davey,
and free food.
The Glanfa Stage, Wales Millennium Centre – 7 November
The band will perform a free gig in the foyer, where they previously played just before the album’s launch.
New music
Recently, the band won some time at Acapela Studio where they recorded music for their new EP, which will be released in February 2015.
They hope to perform at Glastonbury 2015 through general application or through a competition for new music run by Barclaycard.
Marilyn has been sharing the band’s single, Wait For Me, on Twitter and has so far had a great response.

Folk fans will be treated to free live music sessions from local group the James Clode band.
The band is formed of nine musicians and singers who perform contemporary folk rock songs and released their album on 1 April this year.
The album, Citadel, had its launch party at Nosda. Frontman James will celebrate his 30th birthday there with a free gig on 24 October.
The band will also perform on The Glanfa Stage at the Wales Millennium Centre on 7 November, where they played earlier in the year before the album launch.
Manager and biggest supporter Marilyn Collard has big ideas for the band, too. She says, “My plans in 2015 are to get festivals because their music, sound and magic on stage is great for that.”
