A new restaurant, FED, is to open its doors next month, aiming to offer a variety of dishes from around the world.
The name FED stands for ‘food, exploration, destination’. The owners of FeD have “scour the globe for simple and tasty dishes from the kitchens and back streets of the most interesting places on earth.” Never again will you have to choose what type of restaurant you want to go to, as FED offers such a range. From Chinese to Italian and Texan to Japanese, there is something for everyone.
There have been many restaurants before that offer dishes from around the world. In fact the two owners of FeD, Sachin and Shailesh (Sal) Bajpai, were formally on the management team for the well know ‘Red Hot Buffet’. Their hope that their new venture will set itself apart as their food will not be “sitting in vats, every dish will be prepared from fresh, quality ingredients by highly-skilled chefs”.
