The council are keen to hear how the people of Grangetown feel about the provision of a community hub in their area and which services they want provided there.
You can tell them your views on the new community hub by filling in the online survey at www.surveys.cardiff.gov.uk/grangetownhub
The survey will be available until Monday 16 December.

Grangetown residents called for a community centre to be built as part of the new library when it opened in 2006. If the library expands it will bring more services inside the library during opening hours. And the new community room would be a self-contained annexe, so events and classes could be held there when the main library is shut.
The library is currently closed every Friday as part of budget cuts, so there is a strong feeling among residents that this decision could be reversed due to the hub’s wider use.
Cardiff Council are seeking the opinions of Grangetown residents as to whether or not they want a community hub in their area.
Similar community hubs have proved to be successful in other parts of city such as Loudoun Square in Butetown and the city centre Advice Hub at Marland House.
Councillor Lynda Thorne, cabinet member for communities, housing and social justice, said, “The hubs already up and running have been very successful and we are committed to extending this provision, investing in local neighbourhoods and improving face to face services for our customers.”
The community hub would be built as an extension of the library and would offer full library services and opportunities for learning, as well as providing advice for housing, benefits and job seekers.
