A man should make sure that they are prepped with enough nutrition to conceive. One way to get this is eating the right food, so here is a list of food that can increase of chances of conceiving.

Antioxidants fight against free radicals and molecules that are found in pollution and toxins. These toxins fight against male infertility. Eating a little bit of dark chocolate (about four small squares) a day should do the trick.
Garlic

Bananas
This fruit increases male libido and regulates sex hormones. Also, they are full of vitamins A, B1, and C. This will boost your body’s ability to produce sperm.
Walnuts
These nuts are filled with Omega-3 fatty acids that increase the sperm count and boost the blood flow to the genitals. These on-the-go snacks are easy to devour by themselves, or can be topped off with yogurt.
Ginseng
An aphrodisiac root has been used for hundreds of years to treat infertility. It will boost the levels of testosterone, as well as increase the blood flow to the genitals. There are people who claim that it treats erectile dysfunction. Put this root in a nice cup of tea once a day.
