I think it&#8217;s shocking that they can just so blatantly say &#8216;we don&#8217;t have to so we won&#8217;t&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a bit like not having disabled provision or accessibility. Just because it&#8217;s not there in law doesn&#8217;t mean that you should not think about people who have these needs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-video\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Welsh learner <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ShowShaun\">@ShowShaun<\/a> has complained about Lidl <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Splott?src=hash\">#Splott<\/a>&#8216;s lack of Welsh language signs.
