No\u00a0extra carriages have been added to the remaining services.<\/p>\n<p>Arriva Trains Wales and Great Western Railway, who operate services on the route, said they have no additional carriages available at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>But people have criticised what they have said is an &#8220;awful service&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The number of services have been reduced because of work on Network Rail&#8217;s electrification plan on the Cardiff to London route.<\/p>\n<p>Network Rail said they are working closely with their partners Arriva Trains Wales and Great Western Railway to deal with the disruption.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Morse has been commuting for more than six years from Bristol and has experienced problems between Cardiff and Newport.<\/p>\n<p>She said: &#8220;Yesterday was one of the most problematic commutes I&#8217;ve had to be honest. Cattle actually have a better journey.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They know their services are down but they didn&#8217;t put on any extra carriages. So the train pulled in at Newport and it was already full. It was just packed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have raised a complaint with them and they say we can&#8217;t put anymore carriages on. You can. It wasn&#8217;t unforeseen, it&#8217;s been known for a month that this was happening.
