But if you do have a respiratory condition, or a cardiac condition, that can be deadly.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This week the Welsh Government was ordered to come up with an action plan by the High Court.<\/p>\n<p>Cardiff Council said it is committed to working with the Welsh Government to bring down the level of air pollution in the city, but that with 90,000 people commuting into the city by car each day, and cars being a major source of pollution, there is no simple solution.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, the council said: &#8220;We are currently working closely with the Welsh Government on the options available for a Clean Air Zone.
