People in the Splott area of Cardiff are unhappy they won’t be included in free New Year’s Eve buses.
Cardiff Bus will run some services across the capital to areas including Llanishen and Whitchurch.
Normal timetables will stop at 6:30pm on Saturday 31st December and the free routes will begin running into the early hours of the morning.
But there will be limitations with many bus routes not running at all.
Splott is one of the areas that will miss out and many people are unhappy.
Amanda Davies said: “It’s unfair, you can never get a taxi on New Year’s Eve”
and Jodie Crosby said she wasn’t going into town if she couldn’t get a free bus.
In a tweet Cardiff Bus say they tried to run all routes but it is just not possible.
@Chrisnz125 @inksplott Apologies we're trying to run as much as possible but can't provide a full service
