Cardiff City Council say they take the issue of rough sleeping seriously and are working to help vulnerable people.

Cabinet Member for Health, Housing and Wellbeing, Cllr Susan Elsmore, said: “We take extremely seriously the issue of rough sleeping and recognize that the numbers of people sleeping rough has increased. The issues are complex and the aim is to address these with appropriate responses, whilst ensuring we continue to support vulnerable people from sleeping rough into accommodation.”
