A definitive list of positive profiles to improve your social media experience


Many of us often find ourselves comparing our lives to the idyllic and exciting lives we see plastered all over social media.When we’re stuck at university or work and we’re dealing with miserable British weather, we can feel envious of the people we see on Instagram with ‘perfect’ bodies lounging around on exotic beaches in the sunshine.

.We need to unfollow negative accounts. If we follow more positive people, we will typically feel calmer. Arguably this makes us more empowered and positive in our own lives
