False fire alarm at City hall

Fire crews were called to Cardiff City Hall this morning after a false fire alarm.

The alarm was raised after a security guard working at City Hall had cause to believe the building was on fire.

Fire crews confirmed the building was safe at around 7am on Tuesday morning.

Updates to follow.
