LOOKING for somewhere to take your date this Valentine’s Day? Here are seven venues voted The Cardiffian’s most romantic restaurants this month.

The restaurant was voted best in Wales 2017 by The Waitrose Good Food Guide whose editor, Elizabeth Carter, said: “Their menu offers a procession of simply spectacular dishes full of tantalising flavours.”

The Potted Pig

For those who like their meat with a G+T. Listed in 2016-17’s Good Food Guide, The Potted Pig is one of Cardiff’s favourites. Located opposite the city’s indoor market, the restaurant prides itself on local produce. It’s also passionate about gin.
